Perill, one of Claydrum’s long-standing resident DJ’s, is known for his finely crafted sets that span anything between house, electro and techno. This vinyl-lover is part of the Seventy Eight Records family and a member of Maastricht’s Wax Boutique collective, which exists of some of the finest DJ’s and collectors our city has to offer. In 2014, under his previous moniker ‘Bob Caro’, he was handpicked by Dutch DJ-legend Michel de Hey as the first winner of his nationwide DJ contest ‘Kweekvijver’, after which he released two EP’s and played at clubs like Amsterdam’s legendary Studio 80, scheveningen’s Karavaan and numerous festivals including Groove Garden, Graefenthal and Solar Festival. Last year he decided to switch to his new moniker Perill, undertaking a completely new work-ethic in both studio and DJ-booth, and preparing to release some proper underground electro, house and techno in the coming years. For this year’s edition of Summer Deejays he’ll be bringing a big stack of vinyl that will fit our sunny vibes perfectly.
